Dr. Konika Schallen has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and aesthetic medicine for 10 years.  In the past several years, she has combined her interests in aesthetic medicine, laser medicine and teaching through her work with the worldwide industry leaders in lasers and devices in over 40 countries, and has served as the company’s Global VP of Clinical Education.  Her clinical aesthetic practice is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nicole Dest is Senior Nurse Manager of the Candela Institute for Excellence Research & Educational Center in Marlborough, MA. Nicolle has been working with aesthetic energy-based devices for 10 years and worked at the Candela Institute since 2018.
